Victor Caputo is the CEO of Supernova Consultants. He began his career as a journalist before entering the library field and worked as Director of Public Relations/Programs for 24 years. He served as a Library Director for six years before engaging his consulting business full time. He has lectured extensively on management, project management, marketing, and customer service. He also conducts retreats to discuss their strategic plan visions.
